why we guarantee that your roof will be leak-free for 10 years from the date of our replacing it. We stand behind our workmanship. In the unlikely event that your roof does leak within
that time, unless of course it is caused by an act of God or act of man (other than our employees), we will fix that leak at no cost to you. Obviously, we cannot be held responsible for areas of your roof
we did not work on.
10-Year "No Blame Game" Guarantee
When roofing materials have a problem under a manufacturer's warranty, often the homeowner is caught in the middle of a "blame game." The manufacturer doesn't want to admit it's their product's fault. This often leaves the homeowner out in the rain with a roof that isn't right. Our 10-year "No Blame Game" guarantee guarantees that should the manufactuerer make excuses and refuse to honor their warranty on materials, we will accept personal responsibility and repair your roof at no charge to you for a period of ten years from the date of installation.
Iron-Clad Lowest Investment Guarantee
Any contractor can price a roof lower by cutting corners, utilizing cheap materials, and using unskilled, uninsured labor. It's important to know what is and isn't included in the roof so you aren't left with an interior roof that risks premature failure. We give you an iron-clad "Lowest Investment Guarantee." You get a top-quality roof that will last as long as possible, and we guarantee that yours is the lowest possible investment for that roof. No one can install the roof we install the way we install it for less. We guarantee it. If you later discover a comparable roof for less money than the one we built for you, we will pay the difference and a $50 bonus. We just ask that the comparison be "apples to apples."

We want you to feel good about the work we provide you and your family. In fact, we want you to be saying nice things about the quality of our work to your friends many years from now. However, if you become unhappy with your roof for any reason, we will repair, modify, or replace your roof to your satisfaction. critical early years of your new roof. During this period, in the event that you
experience a material defect on covered components, GAF will provide you with
100% replacement materials and the reasonable cost of labor to install them.
This is important because some roofing warranties may only provide replacement
materials, but not the labor to install them.

defects for all major GAF components on your roof (not just your shingles)—so
you’ll have the peace of mind of knowing that, if any covered roofing component

available through GAF certified contractors, and is a low-cost way to get up
to 50 years of non-prorated coverage (against material defects) on your new
